Fingerless gloves, the rising star of the glove world, are taking over the accessory market this season as a must have item. Quickly becoming a fashion statement for hipsters everywhere, fingerless mittens are letting ladies type, play the guitar and text their friends while still keeping the hands warm.
Fashion and Style
One of the most popular styles of fingerless gloves reaches all the way to the elbow or even beyond. They keep everything warm from the wrists to the arms and manage to look fun and funky while they're doing it. Long fingerless gloves are usually worn loose and bunched up over the arms to add a little shabby chic appeal. These gloves are often made of wool or cashmere and look great with a matching hat or scarf.
Long gloves in bright stripes or bold colors are very popular among young ladies. These mittens might be layered over each other, worn with a different color on each hand or even loaded up with an armful of bangles. Some are embellished with buttons or needlework and some have a more streamlined design, meant to be worn on dressier occasions.
