For ladies, a dress or pants suit is appropriate. It is always better to over dress than to under dress. Visiting the work environment a couple of days before the interview is a good way to get a clear picture of how the employees of the company are dressing. Always wear clothing that is clean, that fits and that is workplace appropriate.
With the proper preparation, it's easy to have a successful interview and get a call back or perhaps even get the job. By thoroughly preparing answers, dressing for success and staying positive, a job interview can be a much less stressful experience.
